Please remember that students arriving before 8:20 am must go to KidZone which is located just east of the gym entrance, we do not have supervision in the front of the school and we are not allowing students to congregate there. There is no charge for KidZone after 8:10 am, please take your student there if you are needing to drop them off before 8:20 am.
For morning drop off, please make sure you are pulling ALL the way forward before your child exits your vehicle. If your child requires assistance exiting the car, you MUST park in the parking lot. At no time during drop off should a parent exit the car. We understand some days are sometimes more difficult than others but if your child needs assistance gathering items or unbuckling from their seat, you must park in the church parking lot.
For pick up, remember that cars may NOT line up for pick up until the busses have left. You will be asked to circle around again if you are parked early, this creates congestion on 189th/Cramer and we cannot allow that to happen.
Additionally, please do NOT enter the staff parking lot for any reason, this is the small parking lot just north of the K-2 wing. This parking is designated for STAFF ONLY, we have staff arriving at all hours of the day and we need to be sure that there is parking for them as well as a clear path to enter. Please do not pull into the staff parking to let your child exit or enter your car. If your car is in this parking lot, you may be approached by staff or left a note asking you to please not enter again.
It’s that time of year already! We have set our re-registration dates so that you can plan accordingly. Our early bird special is 50% off of our re-enrollment price! These dates are hard deadlines that are pre-programmed into our online registration system, special pricing will not be extended. Please note that ALL returning students enrolled after April 6th will be charged $50.
Kindergarten Enrollment $50: February 20th
Early Bird Re-Enrollment $20: February 24th – March 1st

Take note: we have marked March 18th and 19th as ‘snow make up days’. At this point, we have NOT taken a snow day! Please read below for examples of how the make up days work.
Example #1: If we have THREE cancelled days of school due to inclement weather, we will begin Spring Break on March 18th.
Example #2: If we have FOUR cancelled days of school due to inclement weather, we will go to school on March 18th, and Spring Break would begin on March 19th.
Example #3: If we have FIVE cancelled days of school due to inclement weather, we will go to school on March 18 & 19, Spring Break would begin on March 20th.
Attention! SCHEDULE CHANGE!
April 22nd we had previously marked as a no school day. That is being changed as the teacher meetings have been rescheduled. We will now have school on April 22nd and have a NO SCHOOL day on Monday, April 20th.
